The classic angle on the Machu Picchu ruins, and the ultimate
aim of the walk. Most of a day is spent exploring it.
We left camp while it was still dark so that we could see the sun rise
over Machu Picchu - but the ruins remained shrouded in mist
until well after the sun came up!
